Atmosphere: It's pretty inside, and the town itself is a bit of a light in an otherwise bleak zone.
Amenities: Not all that much here, although for RP areas I would imagine this would be a bit of a hotspot lore-wise.

Really more like a 1.5. This place really isn't much of an inn, so I can't rate it too high on my inn scale, but its lore significance should give it some boost up, I think.
